Kenny Palazzolo was born and raised in Little Italy in the North End of Boston and grew up in a family with generations of great cooks. For Kenny and his family, food and cooking is a love and passion that some just can't understand. In 2017, Kenny and three of his cousins were chosen to compete on Season 1 of Gordon Ramsay's The FWord Live—and the Italian Stallions cooking team was born! In 2019, Kenny was chosen to compete on MasterChef Season 10 and earned himself a coveted white apron! Now, Kenny is chasing his dream of having his own cooking show. His mother always says, "You only live once". So, Kenny developed his own cooking show on YouTube called, Live, Laugh and Cook Italian. Definitely not your average cooking show.
We are very fortunate to have Kenny join us as he performs a live cooking demonstration with educational and humorous commentary as he prepares one of his favorite dishes, chicken saltimbocca. Along the way, Kenny will share stories about what it was like growing up in an Italian family along with some of his most memorable cooking experiences. We're sure you will agree that aside from Kenny being very entertaining and full of life, he will also make you laugh, and in the process, educate you on fabulous new recipes and cooking techniques.
