If you were lucky enough to have attended that event, we're sure you would agree that Adam's Italian Wine and Cheese Pairing demonstration and lecture was very educational and entertaining. In fact, it was spectacular! Well, per popular demand, Adam is back again! Yes, this time Adam will dazzle us with an Italian wine and chocolate pairing demonstration following another delicious dinner served by Maria's Trattoria.
With over two decades of experience, Adam hosts virtual events, seminars, and classes for people looking to enjoy amazing culinary experiences. He’s also the author of Tasting Wine & Cheese - An Insider's Guide to Mastering the Principles of Pairing and writes culinary and travel articles for various magazines and online publications.
